What Happens in a 1:1 session?
STEP 1: Before we meet, I pray & meditate for guidance about how to work with you.
STEP 2: We pray & meditate together to attune to Source.
STEP 3: Movement & exercises for your specific needs to clear the body & get the life force flowing.
In person, I‘ll use gentle touch & sound therapy (tuning forks or chimes). If we are online, I’ll guide you how to do it yourself.
STEP 4: We talk about impressions I’ve received from your life that reveal key themes, patterns & insights for your growth & healing.
We get to the root of your challenges & surrender them, allowing Divine Love to heal.
STEP 5: We review what we did & write down themes & lessons learned. You get healing practices & exercises to empower you to continue the work on your own.
* Your investment - $125 US/hour.
Deep sessions can sometimes last for 2-3 hours.
Or receive a simple 1 hour talk-only intuitive insight & guidance session.
