No refunds will be given for online payments. See the “Fees” section in your coaching contract.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE COACHING

By successfully completing payment and registration for your coaching package, you agree to the following:

  • All course content, files, audios and information are copyrighted material and cannot, in any way, be reproduced without written consent by Kim Hershorn.
  • You are purchasing one package for one person.
  • All correspondence will be conducted by the PayPal email address you used upon purchase. It is your responsibility to contact kim@livingtuned.com if your best email is not the one you used with PayPal.
  • You understand the outcome of the programs is not guaranteed. Success is based on your individual participation and commitment to the work.
  • You understand it is your responsibility to document any appointment dates.
  • You understand if you are not receiving correspondence for any reason from us, it is your responsibility to contact us at kim@livingtuned.com
