Healing Embodied History with Heartfulness™ is a unique approach that gives participants tools to understand how their stories are embodied. It helps them better understand and work through the connections between their personal, familial, and collective histories so they can find ways to improve their health and the health of their communities, and see and experience new possibilities. They learn to develop a practice, including tools they could use in their daily lives, that will help them grow beyond their challenges, heal survival responses, and learn heartfulness as a restorative and transformational practice and process.

Every session includes time for bodywork, storywork, and reflection.
