Workshops + Research

“Your biology is your biography.” - Donna Jackson-Nakazawa

Free yourself from the past by healing the body’s memory, and live in the newness of the moment.

Life is a journey that started before you were born, and it’s not just about you. We all live with a collective evolutionary purpose. We are here to learn and grow in love — of ourselves, others, and all life — and to allow for love where it’s needed, and where the capacity for love was limited before.

Learn how your stories are embodied and transgenerational. Grow beyond the survival strategies of past generations.

The body is electric, vibrational and has memory. It remembers past experiences – even of previous generations.

As you attune through the breath, movement and consciousness to the loving light of our life’s essence, you can transform habitual patterns, heal the shadow and find your spiritual guidance and purpose.

As you learn to live in the present, in the new possibilities of the moment, you attune to the natural cycles and flows of life.

You naturally align with a more loving, harmonious way of being, preparing the way for future generations and the world to come.

Understand and work through the connections between personal, familial, and collective histories and nurture new possibilities.

Learn heartful practices you could use in your daily life.

In “Sanctuary Circles”, we share and work with our stories, connect to feelings, needs, gifts, and potential contributions to life, we move, breathe reflect, and write.

The Healing History Research Journey

Living in Jerusalem has allowed me to study and learn about the legacies and enduring wounds of history in a unique way. It has given me a living field in which to learn.

This work in transgenerational and collective healing, peace-building and non-violent communication (NVC) brought me to Germany, Ireland, Northern Ireland; and my grandparents’ and great-grandparents’ towns in Poland and Ukraine.

My healing and research missions in places I lived in my twenties have also helped me learn how place, memory, and collective histories affect our personal ones.

Here are some meaningful snapshots from this journey:

A coffee break in my ancestral town with my Polish Healing History Family/Colleagues. We were amazed to see how the candle turned out in the image. We felt the light was with us on this journey.
Arriving at my grandfather‘s town on the border of Ukraine + Moldova
Healing History trip to Northern Ireland to learn about post-conflict healing. This is a peace mural next to a political one in Derry.
Rosh HaShana dinner 2021 in Chernivisti on a prayer mission with my Ukrainian sisters who took me to my grandfather’s town.
Healing history trip to Germany. The country is full of memorials. This is where a synagogue stood from 1713-1938 in Heidelberg.

I just feel better about everything

I can see the bigger picture and understand why I went through what I went through and appreciate the opportunities being offered me. Working with Kim helped me see that the universe really knows what it’s doing, that we are always supported and guided, and that there is a blessing and Divine hand in everything. Nothing short of inspiring.”
