“When we allow our essential loving nature to guide our choices, then we are really listening to what is appropriate, beneficial and harmonious for us and for others.”
-Kim P. Hershorn
When I ask people what they think it means to “live tuned”, they get that it is about living a healthier, happier, and more harmonious life.
When I ask how they would do that, they say things like: Eating well and exercising; finding a meaningful work, social and spiritual life, fulfilling relationships, and a connection to nature.
But how often do they talk about love? Without it, all efforts to be more well, healthy, happy or harmonious have no foundation.
Living Tuned challenges and supports you to make a commitment to love…because love is the foundation for the self-awareness required for emotional intelligence and the well-being of a balanced body, mind and spirit.

Many methods exist to remove discomfort, pain, illness, discord or conflict. There are many techniques to make you feel empowered, connected, content or good. But, from my experience, love is the only real healer–individually and socially.
Love is a path of human refinement. When you attune to love, you learn to relax and trust life because you are able to connect more with your purpose and your uniqueness, and to appreciate others. Every challenge becomes an opportunity for growth, has a reason, and deeper meaning. You cultivate the inner peace necessary for a healthy constitution.
Love brings gentleness, awareness and presence to all you do, to all your interactions and relationships. It becomes a joy to share and contribute, to give and to receive, to teach and to learn.
This, of course, is a process, based on the commitment to being loving—to work on what is absent of love within. It is a constant journey, renewed in each moment. Living Tuned will help you with this process.
