I developed this approach over many years of study, travel, and practice while healing myself from chronic pain and “fibromyalgia” symptoms, and physical imbalances caused by a car accident.
For a long time, I was unsure if I would ever be able to live a normal life. But my commitment to this process, has left me feeling well, alive and inspired by life’s many blessings, miracles and opportunities. I long to share it with you!
